Dear Sir

In regard to the borders for lots
822 Converse, & 930 Bates, I suppose you are aware
of the vote of the Trustees last summer that no
more lots should have the borders enclosed unless
the lot was separately enclosed also.

However I understood you the other day that
you were proposing to curb both the lot with one
curb, & the other borders with a second & if so all well
good.

To curb over to the avenue lines which we
shall keep just as they now are, would require
nearly a 7 foot border on both lots. I think as
it is decided not to widen the avenue, the
curb for the border better be placed on the
present avenue line _
