Dear Sir

I have seen Messrs Shedd
& Sawyer in regard to the surveys necessary to be
made on the Stone Farm before the lithographic
stone can be correctly altered.

The avenues should be staked on the ground. These
stakes would serve to grade from, and will ensure a
more correct map, beside reducing the amount of work
necessary to place the new lots sold on sectional plans
which I would only propose to make, as avenues or lots
are completed.

To do this and to make the alterations on the new map
for the lithographer will cost from $300 to $350.
