I have made some estimates
on cost of a new catalogue & index &c. to consist of
paper covers, directory to paths &c. catalogue of lots, (reference
numbers to sectional plans & corporation lots &c marked in
margin & index)

To prepare a copy for the printer would cost &c 50.00
500 copies, similar in style & paper to present "paper catalogue" 611.00
100 [copies] on good [?] paper (suitable for ink
correcting & banding with sectional plans
without cover or binding 181.00
The edition if larger would be about proportional $842.00
The binding with sectional plans also additional.
I find 350 copies of the guide were sold at 30¢. This
past season, but the catalogue has been given to
proprietors and I doubt therefore if its sale would
be large. With more time I will try & give you more
information on the whole subject.
