Dear Sirs

I have looked at your lots
#3777 & 3778 and find the stone has settled somewhat
and needs resetting & clamping & leading, the expense
of which would be from $25 to $35.

From all I can see, the corporation did the
work in a good & faithful manner, & the settling
is from causes beyond their control.

Should you have the curbs reset the use of the
clamps would probably make the work more
permanent, tho' the lots under perpetual care we
find need frequent repairs.
