Dear Sir

Your permit for "Gardening Work"
does not cover grading, sodding, curbing or work of
any kind on the lots, not strictly gardening.

I am directed by the Board of Trustees to require
a special permit for every lot on which you
do any work not covered by your Permit for Gardening
and you are respectfuly requested to provide yourself
with said permits & hand them to the Engineer
at the East Gate.

Your teamster came today with sods without
any such permit, but rather than cause any
inconvenience he was admitted without one.

Please see, however, that they are provided &
handed to the Engineer in all future cases.
