at hand and below we give you details
of an estimate as follows viz,

Grading & Sodding probably from	$100. to $113.-
Painting Fence	15.-
Cleaning Stonework & Marble	10.-
Resetting 1 Post	2.00

The repairs will not cost over $140. & probably
will cost less; we would be willing to guarantee
to do the work for^^{not more than} the former price and to charge
you as much less as the work came to, or we
should be happy to do any part of the work,
if you do not want all.
