You can have a lot of 300 ft
[if?] you desire which will be sq 15x20
a triangular lot of 300 ft if you
[prefer?]. We do not care to sell 400 ft
in one lot, as it will make the
[other?] lot too small.

You can have the refusal of the
lot opposite Mrs Dawn Lawrence
for a few weeks longer if you wish
