Dear Sir
The Old Receiving
Tomb is very much crowded &
I think provision for mine deposits
is desirable.
I have this week examined the
New Tomb and find that the roof
to the vestibule leaks considerably &
that the floor is not laid. These defects
would not however prevent using
the catacombs, which I regret to
find have been built too small,
in width & height.
If the Trustees would authorize
the use of the New Tomb, when practi-
cable, I think it would be an advantage.
Yrs respectfully

Dear Madam
The Corporation will agree
to put a new sod on your lot, thereby
putting it in as good condition as before
the damage occurred, at their expense.
If you wish to raise the lot at your
expense we can raise it a foot for
[$25?] or $30, and then sod it.
Hoping this may be satisfactory
I am respectfully yrs
James W. Lovering Supt
