The Fence around Lot 1388
Asclepias Path was certainly painted last year
having been finished 30 Apr [18]72 & therefore
I am sorry I cannot comply with your wish to
cancel the bill for same. Should you wish
this Fence to be repainted at an expense of
$8 (Eight dollars) would you please notify
on receiving which order I shall have the
[work?] done in the very best manner.

The price of the lot
seen by Mrs Bigelow last week on
Willow Ave. next to lot of Otis Tufts Esq
would not exceed $1⁵⁰ pr foot, and
the lot would be about 400 sq feet, making
the curb of ground $600 -
