Dear Sir

I must respectfully
request you on Saturday afternoons &
on the afternoons before all holidays,
to place no cut grass or other refuse
piles in the Avenues or Paths, as
it is to late to remove them. I have no
doubt you will see the propriety of
such an order, and shall hope you
will see that your men observe it.

Respectfully Yrs.
