The gravelly hill at (c)
I had at first expected to save for
picturesque effect; but on further
consideration, I think it will be
necessary to take away the Northern
end of it to get gravel for the
Avenues or the Stone Farm; and
I am not sure but the general effect
will be better than now.

The point of entrance to
the Stone Farm are pretty much entirely
fixed now, by the sale of lots along
Magnolia Ave, blocking up all but
a few points.
