Dear Sir,
In reply to your letter of today
[?] inquiring on what terms the Corp would
grade and sod the Ornamental and Burial Lots
belonging to Mr. J.C. Bucknam, situated in
Hazel Dell, I would say that we would furnish
lots at $2.50 per day for each man's time, and
material at the following rates

| Manure [at] | 3.00 [per load] |
| Sods [at] | 0.03 3/4 [cents ] per ft |
