Dear Sir,

In view of the [true?]
fact that many Proprietors find it
economical to provide wooden covers
on valuable monuments during the
winter, I have sometimes thought it
might be advisable for the Corp.
to do the same in the case of some
lots under "Perp. Care" guaranteed and
if it wise. I have caused a list of such
"guaranteed" Lots as I thought warranted
the expense, to be made^^{(Enclosed herewith)} and these are,
no doubt some "Unguaranteed" lots, on
which there is a sufficient fund
