Enclosed please find a
plan of the unoccupied space in rear of lots
#458 & #486 W. Willow Ave. Mt. Auburn.

The lots (A), (B) &c. are now staked out.

Please stake out (X), something like the
[check?] lines, without disturbing any stakes
new in the ground, making as good a
shaped lot as possible, with the proper
spaces around it, so that a customer can
take his choice of (X) and (A). This lot is
[?] for W^m Dexter Esq
