Dear Sir,

You made application last fall
for a lot on Spruce Ave, and we can not
furnish you one at the place on the accompany-
ing sketck (sic), marked in red, second lot south
of Mound Ave, west side of Spruce. The land
will be $2.00 per ft a lot of 300 sq ft. 15 ft front,
20 ft deep will cost,

If you were to curb the
lot, the posts and num-
