Dear Sir,

I enclose herewith the
Certificate of the space in the rear
of your lot, and in regard to
grading the lot to correspond with
others on the Avenue, would say
that I think it would be a
decided improvement. I think the
cost would be about $35.00 if the
same sods were used again; or
about $60.00, if entirely new sods
were furnished.
