Mr. Stone,

Dear Sir,

A party in search of a
small lot has made enquiry in regard to
the space in rear of your lot #3769.

By the Bye-laws [sic] of the Corporation,
you have the right to take the land at
1/3 the price, at which it would be sold as
a separate lot, on condition of making no
interments therein
holding it as a passage-way.

Its form is rectangular,
15 ft. x 6 = 90 sq. ft.
