Mr. H.G. Maynard
506 Tremont St. Boston

Dear Sir,

It appears from our books
that you signed an order for the care of
your Lot #3794 for the year 1868.
If you will state your objection ^in writing, to paying the
bill ($5.00) I will lay the matter before the Trustees
and ask for an abatement -- and then I think
we can settle it to our mutual satisfaction.

I hope you will fully understand that I
am not responsible for the acts of the former
Treasurer -- The amount involved is small
& I trust you will oblige me by acceding
to my request as above --

Very resp.y

Your Obt. Svt.
