Capt D.L. Winsor,

Dear Sir,

The Trustees of
Abby M. Loring's lot are ready to pay the $1200 stipu-
lated for perpetl repair of so much of lot 1350 as
is enclosed within the iron fence & curb -- and
wish the repairs which are desired necessary
to be completed. These you reported to be --
"fence wants painting & marble requires washing".
On the inside of report, the Comee on Lots
say -- "a tree is gradually pushing the fence down,
& should be looked after".

I trust you will let ^work there proceed at once,
so we shall get the money as soon as done.

months, as soon as the number is cut on the post.
The charges is included in the bill -- "4 eight inch posts
set with number cut $15.00". --

Please do this & notify me --

without success, tried to get a settlement of a bill
made to him for regrading & resodding lots --
