Dear Sir: --

The Trustees at the meeting held
this day adopted the following votes: --

"That the Treasurer be directed to transfer the
balance now at the credit of the "Story Statue fund"
on the books of the Corporation amounting to $990.97 -- to
the Perpetual Repair fund of the Joseph Story lot on Nar-
cissus Path
. In accordance with with the conditions of
release of the surviving subscribers to said fund
as contained in document dated March 26, 1868."

"That, on and after the
the Treasurer's office shall be in the Mount Auburn
Rooms, no. 16 Pemberton Square: and the office
hours of the Treasurer shall be from nine A.M.
to three P.M. for each working day." --

"That the Comee to which has been referred the subject
of the office of Treasr be requested to nominate a Treasr & report
at the adjournment of this meeting."
