At the meeting of the
Trustees held this day the
following vote was adopted: -

"That hereafter, a charge
of ten dollars be made
to all parties on whose
account the Chapel
may be ordered to be
heated. - "

Dear Sir,

Enclosed is the list of lots kept
& to be kept in repair by the Corpn made up to date.
All added in ink are since the date of your
reports
to which date your report
extends [?] made [?] 4/67. Lots 840, 3040,
and 3553 were contracted for between
Oct. 1 '66 & Jany 1 '67. All the other prop-
erly belong to the Treasurer's report of
increase for 1867, and amount in the
aggregate to $2,762. The three lots
referred to (840, 3040, 3553) amount to $1450 -
making $4212 not embraced in
your last report -

I also send printed list without
the additions.
