The Committee on Lots
have directed me to notify you
that they will contract to keep
forever in repair lot no. 454,
of late I. Atkins, after some
repairs shall have been made
on payment of four hundred
& seventy five dollars ($475)

The regrading & painting which
is required will cost about
$36. --
