Thomas Haven Esq

Dear Sir,

I have long searched
for a Thomas Haven, the proprietor
of lot no. 503 in the Cemetery, situ-
ated upon Willow Avenue, who appears
to have been in the Boston Directory fom
1835 to 1839, as a merchant at 30 [Centred?]
Wharf and to have disappeared from the
Directory after the latter year: and
finally from inquiries and correspon-
dence have been led to the belief
that you are that man. --

I am preparing a new cat-
alogue of the proprietors, and
wish so far as possible to
make it accurate and complete.

Will you please inform me
whether I am correct?

Respy. yours

Capt Winsor

Dear Sir,

Please send two
men to set four 8 in. post to the Lowell
& Putnam lots on Fountain Av. the first
job you do
-- I beg of you, and stop my
prayers on the subject; which have been
earnest, and from the heart, for the last three
years: So that the surveyor can get
them for the plan. He has the minutes
of survey.

Please report for perpet.
care on Lot 2015 Sewall Phelps'
Estate, on Honeysuckle Path.

Also of

1530 Olive P. 100 ft. Mary Wallack's Estate
Don't get this over $200 if you can
help it. She gave $200 in her will out of which
will have to come $6 legacy tax to U.S. --

Yours truly

A.J. Coolidge
