I would strike out the next sentence: --

"One dollar shall be paid to the Secretary
for recording any deed of transfer, and giving the due
certificate of the same, if the Com. shall be satisfied
with a new proposed article on "Records", in which
I have embodied it.

Art 21. "Plans and Portfolios" --

I propose to change the title of Article to

"Surveys and Plans". --

The old wall plans referred to in the first sentence
have been suffered to fall behind, and have been super-
ceded by the new sectional plans, of which there is
but one copy, which is kept at the Secretary's office,
so that an amendt appears to be required, by
striking out the second clause of 1st sentence: --
"and a duplicate of the same at the Supts office" --.
unless the Trustees wish to incur the expense of a
duplicate copy of the sectional plan to be kept there. --
which would, undoubtedly, be agreeable to the Superintendt.

Then amend the first sentence by making it read --

"A large sectional map or plan of the Cemetery
shall be kept at the Secretary's office, on which shall be
entered" &c. (as it stands now).

Mr Austin has proposed to add to the By-law, the fol-
lowing, which will fit in after the 1st Par. of art.
