Dear Sir,
I met you
some weeks since, and you suggested
that you were intending to come
in the next week & finish
the conveyance of the Spring
lot &c.
I must request you once
more not to delay this matter
longer.

Dear Sir,
I return the
instrument which was made to
express the terms of contract for the per-
petual repair of lots 1250, 1315 & 1333 in this
Cemetery, duly executed & recorded.
My charge in connection therewith is $5.-
which, by the bylaws of this Corporation, is paid by the
party for whose benefit the contract is made.
I enclose also one of our printed
blanks for the designation of a person to repre--
sent lot No. 1250, under the Charter. The regu--
lations, you find at the foot of the blank. I am
unable from my own knowledge to fill up the
names of the children in order - which should be
as they stood at the death of the testator, noting
any who have died since.
