My dear Sir,

I enclose a draft of
the instrument which seems to me proper
for the purpose required -- viz to complete
the contract for the perpetual repair of
lot nos. 1250, 1315 & 1333 in the Cem-
etery.

As you have failed to find me
at the office, it will be no more than fair
that I wait upon you, and I will
endeavor to call at your office in the
Law School, perhaps tomorrow before
coming to town.
