Dear Sir,

I regret that there
has been an accidental delay in giving a prompt
reply to your request to know for what sum
the Trustees of this Corporation would guarantee
the perpetual good repair of Lots no.s 1250,
1315 and 1333 in the Cemetery.

The question having been considered and
reported upon, I am directed to inform you
that the Corporation ^will enter upon such a
contract, upon payment of one
thousand dollars. -- ($1000).
