Dear Sir,

I regret that there
has been an accidental delay in giving a prompt
reply to your request to know for what sum
the Trustees of this Corporation would guarantee
the perpetual good repair of Lots no.^s 1250,
1315 and 1333 in the Cemetery.

The question having been considered and
reported upon, I am directed to inform you
that the Corporation ^^will enter upon such a
contract, upon payment of one
thousand dollars. -- ($1000).
