Gentlemen,

At the meeting of the
Trustees held Monday Octo. 3, 1864,
the accompanying paper and the sub--
ject embraced therein was, by vote
of the Trustees referred to the Com--
mittee on Lots, with instructions
to report thereon.

I shall be happy to wait upon
you, whenever you may wish for my
assistance in the matter: and I trust
you may endeavor to report upon
the subject at the next meeting, as it will
save much other labor to be able very
soon to address the proprietors on
the perpetual care of their lots. --
