Dear Madam, A memorandum
on a small slip of paper of the removal
^ ^{on the 26thultimo} of the remains of Martha West which were
interred in No 85 St. James Lot, July 11,1848, lot
to lot No 3251, which is represented by you,
has been sent me for entry on the Register of
Interments, be a regular order from the prop^r
or representative of a lot should appear on our
files, and to test the correctness of the record.
I send the accompanying blank for your
signature. Please return the same
to me by mail, signed by you if all
right.
