Dear Madam, A memorandum
on a small slip of paper of the removal
^ on the 26thultimo of the remains of Martha West which were
interred in No 85 St. James Lot, , lot
to lot No 3251, which is represented by you,
has been sent me for entry on the Register of
Interments, be a regular order from the propr
or representative of a lot should appear on our
files, and to test the correctness of the record.
I send the accompanying blank for your
signature. Please return the same
to me by mail, signed by you if all
right.
