Dear Sir.

At a meeting of the
Trustees of Mount Auburn Cemetery
held on the [?]. at which were
present Messrs Bigelow, Cheever, Crocker,
Little, Livermore, Nazro, Norcross & Rand.

"Mr. Rand said that among the
matters brought before the Board at its last
meeting (at which he was unable to be present,)
was one which he sincerely regretted-
the resignation tendered by Mr Curtis
as a member of this Board. He had
hoped his long and valuable services would
be given to the Corporation able longer:
and that he would be induced to
withdraw his resignation.

To
Chas. P. Curtis Esq. (over)

It was then, on motion by Mr. Rand,
voted unanimously, that Mr
Curtis
be requested to withdraw
his letter of resignation, and
continue to serve at this Board."
