Dear Madam,
I am informed by
the Treasr that you have
recently deposited with him $100
for the repair of your lot in
Mt. Auburn; under the terms
of trust adopted by the Corpor-
ation.
It will, of course, be necessary
to put this into the form of a
contract, which should be re-
corded on the books of the Corpor-
ation.
If you will call in almost
any day - say not before 12 o'clock
I shall be pretty sure to be here. I
am sometimes detained out of
town in the morning, and do not
get in till near noon.
Yours respectfully,
A. J. Coolidge
Secretary of Mt. A.
Boston,
Mrs. Chas. H. Hatfield
Dear Madam,
I have had the
usual survey and report upon your
lot in Mt. Auburn & had submitted
the same with your inquiry to the
Committee on Lots, to ascertain for what
sum they would guaranty the perpetual
repair of the same: and after
consideration of the matter they have
authorized me to notify you that
they will make such contract
for three hundred dollars - that
is for two hundred dollars besides
what you have paid already.
Respectfully yours,
A. J. Coolidge
