Dear Madam,

I perceive by the will
of your late husband, you are made
not only the Executrix, but also the
residuary devisee of his estate; under
which position (as no other clause
in the will relates to it) the lot in
the Cemetery of Mount Auburn, which
is declared by our Charter to be real
estate, passes to you in fee.-

In accordance, therefore, with said
provision in the charter and our by-
laws on the subject, you are hereby
apprised that it will be proper,
if you desire the recognition of such
transfer, to have a record made of
it upon the Special Transfer records
of the Corporation.

If you decide to have the record made
send the deed of the lot, and I will
also certify thereon to the record.

The fee is the usual one of $1.00.

Very resp. yours
