I enclose bill of work for and on the Lot of Cha^s. G. Nazro Esqr ^^Lot N^o. 198 Some six months since Mr Nazro informed me that he had left his bill with the committee appointed for that purpose (I believe your honor to be Chairman of said Committee) the bill was left with Mr Crocker. I called Mr Crocker for the bill and he informed me that he had lost it. (I think Mr Crocker is one of the committee). I now forward the bill to you, hoping your committee will pass judgement so that it may be collected, as I have paid from the finds of the corporation nearly 70 dollars one year since for the material used on Mr Nazros

Lot - all I have to say with regard to the bill is that I have made it in good faith, without any regard to the party being a Trustee. I have charged the cost and nothing more.
