1847-01-20 Trustee Committee Report by Martin Brimmer on the Railroad Station, 1831.034.005

The Committee to whom was referred the subject of R. R. Station near the gate of the M^tAuburn Cemetery, ask leave to Report

That they have given the subject a careful consideration, & find that the Legislature having given the Watertown Branch R. Road leave to establish a station near the gate of the Cemetery, it is too late to prevent the erection of said station. And it only remains for the Trustees of M^tAuburn to take such measures in relation to admittance at the gate as the necessity^urgency of the case may hereafter render necessary.
