Light [al...?] made:

1 That a new avenue be prospectively laid
out running from Central to Lime avenues, on
the north side of Indian Ridge, but not to
be made except at intervals when the workmen
have nothing else to do, & under the direction
of this Committee

2 That it is inexpedient to fill up
Garden Pond at present unless by degrees under the direction of this committee^ and

3 That no deposits shall hereafter be made
in the receiving tomb except on the payment of
15 dollars. If within six months after interment
the deposited body shall be removed to any
part of Mount Auburn, ten dollars of the above
payment shall be refunded. Otherwise the whole
$15. shall be forfeited, and the superintendent
shall remove the body to such place as may be
directed by the committee on grounds. Or if the friends
desire us so to do, they may take away said body
from the cemetery, forfeiting the deposited $15. as above
This rate is to apply to All deposits heretofore made
in the receiving tomb are to be disposed of as above.
