Boston

The Committee on Grounds -- report that it is expedient to pass the following votes.

1. That that the Committee on Grounds be authorized to place an awning over the two recesses on the inside of the stone gateway

2 That the same committee be authorized to erect a small moveable tool-house for the use of the workmen, in some convenient part of the grounds

3. That the same committee be authorized to repair in such manner as they find best, the defective joinings in the iron & stone fence of the cemetery, especially where the iron is corroded by the action of the sulphureous cement

4 That the same committee be authorized to paint the whole iron fence on the northerly and easterly sides of the cemetery, where in their judgement shall require it.

5. That the same committee be authorized to remove the two lower lengths or as much as may in their judgement of the low outside iron may be necessary fence near the gate, and to place the same on the steep and dangerous places on Mountain avenue near the tower, provided that 150 feet of said fence shall be left on the easterly side of the gate
