Dear sir -
To prevent speculation
in tomb lots, I think it would
be well to ascertain how many
lots were sold [?] to the
restriction vote regarding tombs.
Then a circular note might be
addressed by the committee on lots,
or by the president & secretery,
to all proprietors of such lots
who have not occupied them,
or who are thought likely to sell,
- requesting them, in case
they are disposed to sell, to
make the first offer to the
trustees, - And the trustees
had better buy such lots, &
resell them heareafter
