P.S. On seeing Mr. McDonald again
this morning (particularly about sashes &c.) he agrees
to furnish lumber for the building of window frames
free of charge, we furnishing labor, nails,
hardware, &c, [lock & hinges.]; and he agrees to
pay for the sash at cost if delivered to
him in good order.

We also to
put the side of the building back in good
order after the Sphinx is taken out.

I consider this favorable
& fair --
