Monthly Bills
The President reported that he had examined and
approved the following Schedules of Monthly Bills:
September 11. $6641.07; October 11. $7,454.39; December 11,
$5062.89; January 2, 1906, $4065.85; and that payment
thereof had been thereupon made by the Treasurer.

Voted, that the action of the President in this regard
be fully ratified and approved.

Report of Investments
The Committee on Finance having presented a
Report of investments made on account of the Repair
Fund and the General Fund since November 8, 1905, the
date of the last meeting, it was voted that the same
be accepted and placed on file.

Annual Reports, President
The President having presented and read the Annual
Report ⁴⁴⁴ to the Proprietors, it was voted that the same
be approved, and adopted, as the Annual Report of
the Trustees to the Proprietors, and that it be printed
and distributed to them accordingly.

Treasurer and Superintendent
The Report ⁴⁴⁵ of the Treasurer, as approved by the Com-
mittee on Finance, and that ⁴⁴⁶ of the Superintendent
having also been presented, it was voted that the same
be accepted, printed and distributed to the Proprietors.
