parcel of land on East Dedham Street, in
Boston, be, and the same is, hereby, confirmed
as the deed of said Corporation, as fully
and effectively as if the Treasurer had been
previously authorized by the Trustees to ex-
ecute and deliver the same; and that all the
acts of the Treasurer in the premises be, and
the same are hereby confirmed.
