A small shed has been erected in the rear of the Recep-
tion House
, which will afford shelter for a carriage in case
of storm.

The lithographic map of 1867, which from lapse of time
had become incorrect, and required constant alteration, has
been replaced by a new and improved edition.

Considerable progress has been made in the grading around
Halcyon Lake, and it is hoped that by the close of the next
season this work may be completed.

on that part of this portion of the Cemetery, which has been

The Permanent Fund, increased by the payment of one-
fifth of the receipts from sales of lots, $5,793.15 and of
income $10,185.91, now amounts to $178,373.94.

The amount received from endowments for perpetual care
of lots to date is $102,905.80, with a balance of income un-
expended $18,397.84, making the total amount $121,303.64.

The available assets for current expenses are $24,101.21,
exclusive of real estate owned by the Corporation outside
of the Cemetery.

During the preceding year Mr. John T. Bradlee notified
the Trustees that on account of other pressing duties he
