deliver deeds of Lots numbered 4333 and 4334, on
Spruce Avenue, contracted to be sold without intervening
space, as shown on the Report of the Superintendent
for . Also to prepare and deliver deeds
of Lots numbered 4335 and 4336, Perella Path, contracted
to be sold as above as shown on Superintendent's Report
of even date –

Lot # 4341 Perp. care of soil. Comn from Supt ref. to Com. on Lots.

The same gentleman also presented a commu-
nication from the Superintendent dated
with reference to placing Lot #4341, Halcyon Avenue under
the perpetual care of the corporation as to the turf and grass.

Voted, – that the above communication be referred
to the Committee on Lots, with powers

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lots #1537 & #1380

The Secretary having stated that the chairman
of the Committee on Lots had instructed him to present
for the concurrence of the Board, contracts for the perpet-
ual repair with guaranty of Lot No 1537, Willow Av.,
owned by Charles O. Whitmore, for the sum of $550.– and
of Lot No 1380 Spruce Avenue, late of *Samuel P. Allen,
deceased for the sum of $1000.– it was

Voted, – that the above contracts be concurred in on
the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest,
representatives were designated for Lots as follows. viz: –

Margaret G. Winslow of Everett, daughter of George Winslow
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Four hundred & fifty-eight.
