elected as Trustees for the terms stated.
Trustees' power [to] make By-Laws revoked.
On motion of Mr John R. Poor, it was
Resolved, – that the vote of the Proprietors of the
Cemetery of Mount Auburn, adopted on the ; giving the Trustees of this corporation power
to make By-Laws, to be in force until otherwise ordered
by the corporation is hereby repealed, and such authority
revoked.

"The Trustees shall have authority to make any By-Laws
for the due regulation and management of the property,
