Trustees.
Accounts with Lots under p. c. Report respecting taken from table.

Voted, – that the request be acceded to.

On motion of the same gentleman, it was

Voted, – that the report of the Committee on Finance
with regard to the method of keeping accounts with
Lots under the perpetual care of the Corporation which
was laid upon the table at the last meeting for con-
sideration at the next meeting be taken from the table.

Statement of Treasr resp'g sd. Lots read & considd

As preliminary to a consideration of the said
report Mr Snow read from a statement, prepared by
the Treasurer showing the amount in excess of or below
the original deposit, to the close of the year , in
the case of each Lot under the perpetual care of the
corporation; and after remarking upon the same, offered
the following vote, –

Vote offered by Mr Snow. [See p. 261.]

Voted, – that the Treasurer be instructed, in making
up his annual accounts to transfer from the general
funds of the corporation to the Repair Fund such an
amount as may be necessary to make the credit side of
the account with each Lot under perpetual care equal
to the original deposit thereon.

Amendment offered by Mr Choate

Mr Choate moved to amend by limiting the
proposed transfer to the case of Lots not guaranteed.

After a full discussion, and without action being
had either on the vote or the amendment offered, – on
motion of Mr Lawrence it was

Whole subject recommitted to Com. on Finance

Voted, – that the ^vote offered by Mr Snow entire subject of the method of
keeping accounts with Lots under perpetual care
be ^referred
recommitted to the Committee on Finance to consider
