Treas^r's Statements for quarter ending Sept. 30, 1873 approved

A report was received from the Committee on
Finance, approving as correct the Statements of the Treasurer
for the quarter ending September 30^t, 1873, referred to
them at the last meeting.

Voted, – that the report of the Finance Committee be
accepted, and said accounts placed on file.

Accounts with Lots under p. c. Report respecting laid on the table

A ^^written report was also received from the same Committee
to whom at the last meeting was referred the subject
of the mode of keeping the accounts with perpetual
repair Lots. After discussion of the same ^^{on motion of Mr Snow}, it was

Voted, – that the report be laid on the table for
consideration at the next meeting.

Financial condⁿ of Corpⁿ Report concerning accepted.

A written report was also received from the same
Committee to whom at the last meeting was referred
the subject of the financial condition of the corporation

Voted, – that said report be accepted, & placed on file

Salary of Treas^r increased to $2250.– per ann.

In pursuance of the recommendation of the same
Committee, and on motion of the chairman thereof, it was

Voted, – that the salary of the Treasurer be at the
rate of Two thousand two hundred and fifty dollars,
($2250.–) per annum, commencing July 1^st, 1873.

Halcyon Lake; Lots near Proposed change in form of deed for.

Notice was given by the chairman of the Committee
on Lots, that owing to certain proposed modifications in
the grading of Lots near Halcyon Lake, it was his intention
to offer at the next meeting of the Board an amendment
to the By-Laws covering a change in the form of deed
to be used for the conveyance of such Lots.
