A. M^cDonald application of for General Permit.

The Secretary presented a request from M^r A.
M^cDonald for a general Permit to do stone work in the
Cemetery.

Voted, – that M^r M^cDonald's communication be
referred to the Committee on Lots.

Monthly statement of Sales of Lots accepted & placed on file.

A Statement of the Sales of Lots effected by the
Superintendent from July 9^t to August 13^t, 1873, so far
as approved by the Committee on Lots, having been
submitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Voted, – that said statement be accepted & placed on file.

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lot N^o 189

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on
Lots have recommended the Trustees to guaranty the
perpetual repair of Lot N^o 189, Woodbine Path for
the sum of Eight hundred dollars, ($800.–), it was

Voted, – that the aforesaid contract be concurred in
on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest re-
presentatives were designated for Lots as follows: viz; –

David P. Kimball of Boston, Son of David Kimball,
deceased proprietor of Lot numbered Eight hundred and five.
