Voted, – that Mr McDonald's communication be
referred to the Committee on Lots.

Monthly statement of Sales of Lots accepted & placed on file.

A Statement of the Sales of Lots effected by the
Superintendent

as approved by the Committee on Lots, having been
submitted and read by the Secretary, it was

Cont. for perp. rep. with G. of Lot No 189

The Secretary having stated that the Committee on
Lots have recommended the Trustees to guaranty the
perpetual repair of Lot No 189, Woodbine Path for
the sum of Eight hundred dollars, ($800.–), it was

Voted, – that the aforesaid contract be concurred in
on the part of this Board.

Upon the petitions of the parties in interest re-
presentatives were designated for Lots as follows: viz; –
