the Cemetery, and now presents to the Trustees a written request
that this application may be granted.

Under these circumstances the Committee have deemed
it proper to grant the application, receiving from Mr Blackmar
a certified copy of the Power of Attorney from Powers, and of
the deed to Evans, and an Agreement to indemnify the
Corporation from all claims for damages in the premises,
which papers accompany this Report.

They have therefore issued to the Superintendent an
order to permit the removal, and recommend that this
Report be entered upon the records of the Trustees, and,
with the papers annexed, be placed on file, with the order
for removal upon its return to the Secretary's office.
