On motion of M^r N. J. Bradlee it was

Voted, – that the Committee on By=Law revision
appointed at the Meeting of March 8, 1871, consisting of
the President and Messrs. Livermore and Snow, be re-
appointed with full powers relative to the printing public-
ation and distribution of the same as adopted by the
Board on the 29^t ult^o.

Halcyon Lake Improvements referred to Com. on Grounds with full powers.

Voted, – that the papers relative to the improvements at
Halcyon Lake be taken from the table and referred to the
Committee on Grounds with full powers.

Stockade Fence Erection of ref^d to Com. on Grounds to cons. & report

After some discussion it was

Voted, – that the papers in regard to the stockade fence
proposed to be erected on the West and South sides of the
Watriss Lot be taken from the table and referred to the
Committee on Grounds to consider and report at the next
Meeting of the Board.

Appropriation of $4000.– therefor notified.

M^r Choate gave notice of an intention to move at
the next meeting for the appropriation of a sum not exceeding
$4000.– for the above object.

Salary of Treas^r fixed at $2000.–

On motion of M^r Lawrence it was

Voted, – that the salary of the Treasurer be fixed at $2000.–
for the year ensuing

Salary of Sec'y. fixed at $1500.–

Voted, – that the salary of the Secretary be fixed at $1500.–
for the year ensuing.
