Voted, – that the said papers be referred to the Committee
on Lots.

Coolidge Avenue Report of Com. to attend hearing before Camb. City Council.

A verbal Report was received from Mr Choate, in
behalf of the Coolidge Avenue Committee which was instructed
at the last Meeting of the Board to attend the hearing before the
City Council on the , stating that he was present
at the said hearing, and was of the opinion that the petitioners,
Messrs. Coolidge and Muzzey, had become satisfied that
their remedy, if any, for damages claimed to have been
sustained by them as set forth in their communication to the
Board in April last, was against the City of Cambridge
and not against this corporation.

Voted, – that the Report be accepted.

Supt's mode of performing stonework, etc. Report of Joint Comtee [See record of this Report, p. infra]

A written Report signed respectively by the Chairman
of the Committee on Grounds, and the Chairman of the Committee
on Lots in behalf of the joint Committee on Grounds and Lots
in reference to "the method pursued by the Superintendent
in peforming stone work on private Lots," having been laid
before the Board and fully considered, it was

Voted, – that the above Report be accepted,and the
recommendations thereof adopted.

Increase of office accomns at Cemetery declared "inexpedient."

A written Report was also received in the same form
from the same Committee in regard to the Superintendent's
communicaton of , representing the need of
increased office accommodations at the Cemetery; the
Committee stating "that although the rooms are somewhat
small and inconvenient, yet the present accommodations
