Proprietors. .

Annual Meeting ^of the Proprietors.
Monday

A duly notified Meeting of the Proprietors of
the Cemetery of Mount Auburn was held at Horticultural
Hall, Boston, on Monday,, at half past
Three o'clock in the afternoon.

A quorum being present, the meeting was called
to order by the Secretary, in the absence of the President.

Chairman Chosen. Isaac Livermore Esq.

Voted, – that Mr Isaac Livermore be chosen chairman.

Mr Livermore having taken the chair, the call
for the Meeting was read by the Secretary. On motion

Voted, – that the reading of the record of the last Pro=
=prietors' Meeting be dispensed with.

Annual Reports accepted.

Voted, – that the reading of the Annual Reports be dis=
pensed with, and that said Reports be accepted.

Resignations of Messrs. Austin, Bowditch, Lovejoy, Norcross & Sleeper. Vote of thanks to them.

The Secretary having read letters of resignation
from Messrs. Jacob Sleeper, J. Ingersoll Bowditch, Loyal
Lovejoy
, Edward Austin and Otis Norcross, as members
of the Board of Trustees, on motion of Mr. Jeffrey
Richardson
it was unanimously

Voted, – that the thanks of the Proprietors are hereby
presented to the retiring members of the Board of Trustees.

Com. appt. to collect assort & count Votes

Voted, – that a Committee of three be appointed by the
chair to collect, assort and count the votes for filling the
